Cancellation Policy – Heavenly Graphx Rents

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation process as straightforward as possible.

1. Cancellation Notice

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental pickup time.

2. Refunds

• If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund of your rental fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental pickup time are non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation of the games.

3. Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date.

4. No-Shows

• Failure to pick up or return the rental without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation without notice and will forfeit the rental fee.
